What makes life on Earth so special?  

Life on earth is special, because as far as we know, earth is the only planet that we know of that has sustained life.  But what is truly amazing, is that earth as sustained, as scientists call us, “intelligent life”.  This means that we do more than rudimentary skills, but have created amazing things that take creativity and skill.  What life has done on earth, as far as we know has not been seen on any other planet, making us truly unique.  It’s also the diversity of life on earth that makes our planet and life here special.  Organisms so small that cannot be seen by the naked eye share the same earth with enormous creatures such as whales or rhinos. However, due to human activity, thousands of species are now endangered, including several species of rhinos, tigers, bears, and many more.  It is our job to protect the precious, special life on Earth, and keep species from ceasing to exist. Life on earth is beautiful and unique, and must be protected.
